This Yin Yoga and Reiki class is a space to gently unwind the body and settle the mind.
Through restorative, supported stretches, we begin to release deep layers of tension in the fascia and connective tissue, allowing the body to open at its own pace. As you rest, Reiki is offered to support relaxation, balance, and a sense of ease.
This is your time to pause, receive, and be held in a calm, grounding environment.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
