Kimberly Kitchen

After living for years with a chronic illness, Kimberly committed herself to a more holistic life with a strong focus on nature, meditation and yoga.  She discovered that through yoga, she was able to help her body better heal as well as learn to refocus her mind and calm her emotions.  Eager to share this knowledge, Kimberly completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 and continued her training with a certification in Trauma Informed Teaching and Sculpt yoga.  In recovery since 2004, Kimberly completed her certification as a space holder for Y12SR – a recovery based yoga program which combines the recovery of 12-Step-based programs with the principles of yoga into one transformative program and now teaches regular classes.

Always looking to learn and grow, Kimberly plans to continue to add to her trainings so that she can better able share the transformative power – mind, body and soul – of yoga with others that they may be better able balance their own lives.

A mother of two grown sons and passionate about living life to the fullest, Kimberly takes every opportunity to travel and experience all the magic that life has to offer.
