Love Letter to the Self

Gentle Yoga + Guided MeditationOn the eve of Valentine’s Day, join us for a soft, heart-centered practice devoted to the most important relationship of all — the one you have with yourself.
This gentle yoga class invites slow, nourishing movement to release tension, open the heart, and settle the nervous system. We’ll move mindfully, using breath and supportive postures to create space for compassion, self-acceptance, and ease.
The practice will close with a guided meditation and reflective moment, inviting you to turn inward and offer yourself words of love, kindness, and gratitude — a love letter written from the heart to the self.
This class is welcoming to all bodies and all experiences of love. No partner required — just come as you are.
