Jess first stepped onto a yoga mat in 2005, not knowing it would open the door to a lifelong journey.  She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, after spending months in India immersing herself in the wisdom of yoga’s roots.

Jess’s classes are down-to-earth, nourishing, and intentional; mixing movement, meditation and energy work to help students slow down, reconnect and find balance.  She enjoys creating community through unique workshops and sound baths, tarot, journaling and moon circles.

Outside the studio, Jess is a free spirited flight attendant, travel blogger and explorer who follows her heart across the world.  She find joy in hiking through nature, cooking colorful, plant-based meals and journaling by the ocean.  For her, yoga is the compass that brings it all together; guiding her towards balance, joy and flow wherever life takes her.
