Aligning Mind, Body, and Spirit
Lindsay’s love for yoga has grown rapidly over the past few years—from curiosity about the practice to
a deep passion that inspired her to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and register with Yoga
Alliance.
She specializes in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and has also completed her 85-hour Prenatal
Yoga certification. Through these trainings, Lindsay has discovered how yoga can awaken both
strength and stillness, and she is excited to share that experience with others.
With a background in ballet spanning 15 years, Lindsay brings a refined understanding of alignment,
movement, and body awareness to her teaching. She also enjoys practicing Pilates, which continues to
shape her approach to safe, mindful, and functional movement.
Lindsay’s classes are designed to help students feel grounded, aligned, and connected—embodying
the mission of Awaken Align Yoga to guide others toward balance and self-awareness, both on and off
the mat.
