Rosie began her journey into mediation and yoga in 2017 as a way to navigate stress, anxiety, and PTSD.  In recovery since 2018, she has found healing and empowerment through yoga and mindfulness practices.  After completing her 200hour yoga teacher training in 2024, Rosie went on to earn certifications in Y12SR-a yoga program rooted in the 12-Step recovery framework-and trauma informed teaching.  She continues to expand her expertise by exploring Reiki and other holistic healing modalities. Rosie believes in its ability to balance the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives.  A mother of four, she also runs a horse transportation business with her husband, shares her home with many beloved pets, and embraces every opportunity to travel and explore.
